QuickDove System

What is the QuickDove system?

QuickDove is our proprietary tool-less mounting system. It uses a precision-engineered dovetail slide to attach legs to the shelf board. You simply slide the legs on and off - no screws, no hex keys, no tools of any kind. This lets you swap your shelf's look in under 30 seconds.

Can I swap legs between different shelf shapes?

QuickDove legs are designed to be interchangeable within the same shelf shape (Rectangle, Oval, or Trapezoid). The dovetail mounts are consistent across all leg styles within a shape, so you can mix and match any of our 7 aesthetic patterns.

How much weight can the QuickDove shelf hold?

Our Full Kit (solid oak board + QuickDove legs) is tested to support up to 100 kg (220 lbs). This comfortably handles dual monitors, an ultrawide, studio monitors, or heavy audio gear. Note: the 100 kg rating applies to the Full Kit only. For the Legs Only option used with your own wood, capacity depends on the timber you choose.

Materials & Quality

What material are the legs made from?

Our standard legs are 3D-printed from pro-grade matte PLA, a plant-based biodegradable thermoplastic. We also offer Carbon Fiber-infused PLA for a technical finish with enhanced rigidity, and Wood Fiber PLA for a natural tactile feel.

Is PLA durable enough for furniture?

Absolutely. PLA is widely used in functional engineering applications. Our legs are printed with optimised infill patterns and wall thickness specifically for structural load-bearing. The 100 kg weight rating speaks for itself. PLA is also UV-stable indoors and will not degrade under normal desk conditions.

What wood is the shelf made from?

Our shelves are crafted from 100% solid oiled European oak. The boards measure 80 cm x 20 cm x 1.8 cm and are finished with natural oil to preserve the grain while keeping the surface smooth and protected.

Are Line and Levels products eco-friendly?

Yes. Our PLA is biodegradable and derived from renewable plant starch. Our oak is sustainably sourced. 3D printing is inherently low-waste - we use only the material needed for each part, with minimal offcuts compared to traditional manufacturing.

What is the difference between Full Kit and Legs Only?

The Full Kit includes a solid oak shelf board with pre-installed QuickDove mounts, plus your chosen pair of legs - ready to use out of the box. The Legs Only option includes 2 legs, 2 QuickDove mounts, and mounting hardware, designed for customers who want to use their own wooden board (minimum 18 mm thickness).

What are the 7 leg styles?

Essential (clean minimalism), Pillar (bold vertical lines), Organic (Voronoi pattern), Diamond Truss (industrial lattice), Horizon (horizontal lines), Hex (hexagonal geometry), and Zen (Japanese asanoha pattern).

What MagSafe charger works with the CRT-1 dock?

The CRT-1 is optimised exclusively for the 2024 MagSafe Charger model. Older MagSafe chargers have a larger diameter and will not fit. The MagSafe charger is not included with the dock.

Does the CRT-1 work with a phone case?

The CRT-1 is designed for caseless iPhones or standard-thickness protective cases. Bulkier "rugged" cases or cases with integrated card holders may not fit due to the dock's tight tolerances.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide from our workshop in Romania. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination - EU orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days, international orders within 7-14 business days.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed promptly upon receipt and inspection.

Do you charge customs duties?

Taxes are included in our prices for EU customers. For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
