Born From a Better Desk

Line and Levels started the way most good ideas do: with frustration. After spending hours searching for a desk shelf that was both well-built and truly customisable, our founder - based in Romania - decided to design one from scratch. The result was something no one else was making: a solid oak monitor riser with legs you could swap in seconds, without a single tool.

That idea became the QuickDove system - a precision-engineered dovetail slide that lets you change the look of your desk shelf as easily as changing a phone case. One shelf. Infinite styles.

What We Make

Every Line and Levels product is designed in-house and manufactured using a combination of traditional woodworking and advanced 3D printing. Our desk shelves pair solid oiled oak boards with 3D-printed legs in over 24 colours and 7 unique aesthetic patterns - from clean minimalism to intricate Japanese-inspired geometry.

We also make precision-fit iPhone StandBy docks and minimalist desktop organisers, all sharing the same design philosophy: functional, beautiful, and built to last.

Why 3D Printing?

3D printing lets us do things traditional manufacturing cannot. We can offer dozens of design variations without the waste of mass production. We can iterate on designs in days, not months. And every leg is printed from biodegradable PLA - a plant-based material that breaks down naturally at end of life.

But don't mistake sustainability for fragility. Every QuickDove shelf is tested to support up to 100 kg (220 lbs) of vertical load. Whether you're running a dual-monitor setup or a heavy ultrawide, your gear is safe.

Every product ships from our workshop in Romania. We control the full process - from CAD design through printing, finishing, and packing - so we can guarantee the quality of every piece that leaves our hands.
